Procedure:

1. Choose your theme...

2. Decide on the shape of your banner. You can either use traditional shapes, such as circles, squares or triangles. Better yet be creative and use other non-traditional shapes, such as animals and vehicles...

3. Decorate your banners by glueing on the foam or scrap booking shapes. You can also download more

   shapes from the internet and print it on a plain sheet of paper.

4. Add Some glitter glue for effect...

5. Hang your party banners by stappling them on your straw rope.

6. Congratulations your done...
